We keep parents informed via email, sending updates 2-3 times a week to ensure everyone stays in the loop.

Workouts

Location: St Francis High School, 200 Foothill Blvd, La Cañada Flintridge, CA 91011.

Practice Schedule: Twice a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays, excluding holidays), subject to gym availability.

​

Note: Practice times may occasionally vary due to high school scheduling priorities.

• Grouping: Players are grouped by talent, age, and skill level.​

• 5:00–6:00 PM → Incoming 8th Grade & Under
• 6:00–7:00 PM → Incoming 9th Grade & Above
